I agreed to a free trial for £5 then cancelled within 5 days, following the instructions on the site and the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, I received a confirmation, which I saved on my laptop wiht a valid confirmation ID. I am now told the confirmation I received is not valid as I could have written it myself. There are hundreds of complaints out there from people in the same position as me.
