Hi!
My name is Nurillo Khudoynazarov. I ordered free trial on Sep 26, 2012. I canceled on October 3, 2012. Web-site of the company (https://www.knockoutwhitesolutions.com/cart/productgroup ) states: "...You simply invest $1.03 today for processing your order (plus $3.87 for shipping and handling) to evaluate this great teeth whitening product for yourself. If Knockout White is not right for you, call 1-800-396-1647 within 10 days from your order date to cancel your trial and you owe nothing more."
But on October 3, 2012 I got message from company: "Thank you for contacting Knockout White. You ordered an 8 day Trial of the Knockout White tooth whitening system. All orders are shipped automatically. Within your initial shipment you received 2 packets, one marked “Free Trial” and one marked “Complete Program”. The "Complete Program" is a 30 day supply of our product and you were charged $78.41 for this when the trial period expired on 10/02/2012...Unfortunately you are not eligible for a return or refund as the trial period expired without a cancelation request from you via phone, e-mail or our website. ..."
I'd like to assist me to solve this dispute.

  • My name is Karen Serra and EXACTLY the same thing happened to me! I am disabled and due to the meds I take I often forget or "drop the ball" on things and have not been as dilligent as I should be. I admit this but on the few occassions when this has happened the company is very understanding and will make an exception and refund my money upon return of any product I have received. When I looked at my bank statement and saw the $78.41 charge I called and spoke to Ashley at Knockout. She just flat out said "We will not refund the $78.41, even if you return the product". I told her I would contact the BBB, Scambook and any other consumer affair org. I could find and certainly would post to my Facebook and tell anyone that would listen about they buesiness practice. She said, "That's fine"!
    While they break no laws (I don't think) the time frame for cancellation is too short considering the "mailing time" and having time to try the product. And they don't send you just the trial product you ordered and expected to be charged for they automatically send you the 1st installment of the monthly program! If you don't like the product you have to pay about $5 to return the next months supply! Not very ethical to say the least! I certainly didn't ask for the 2nd packet yet was charged for it. That may be illegal! They can make alot of money on just that alone, and with the short cancellation time, it kinda sets you up for failure! They should be ashamed of themselves!!
    Anyway, if there help out there I sure would appreciate it and could certainly use the $78.41. I live off of $926.00 a month since becoming disabled in an accident at the age of 49. It would be fantastic if I could get the money back!! Thank you for any consideration or assistance I am given. Sincerely, God Bless!!

    You are right, this comp[any cheats people. I called them after 8 days and they wrote to me that it was 7 day trial, on their web-site conditions are totally different. you have to contact with FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

  • hello people.
    I also ordered a Trial Size and they sent me a trial Size and a Complete Kit which I didnot order.I tried to get my bank to resolve thisi issue.They have received the Complete Kit back but refused to refund $19.41.The original offer was like $3.87 and they sent me a confirmation of the Trial Order.I could not return the Complete Kit in time due to my work schedule and I told them this.I sent the Complete Kit back to them costing me like about $6 and NOW THEY HAVE THEIR GOODS BACK BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

    I beg all of you please please write to the Colorado Attorneys Office,Better Business Bureau or put a message on Facebook ,especially if you have thousands of friends.....PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT THERE SO THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL BE SCAMED.These people are crooks and are engaging in shady practices.

    i am still trying to get my money back.

  • Nurilo, You have to contact the Attorney General in your state and my Atty. Gen in my State of Florida. It looks like I'm the only one in Florida so far!! Just happened on the website, hope others do too!!

    Don't know why you were only charged $19.41, consider yourself lucky, me and Norilla were charged $78.41.
    According to Customer Service Rep, Ashley, without them giving you an RA# (Return Authorization Number) they will not credit to your acct. You would have to have called them before mailing it back to them, another item you should mention in your complaint here on Scambook and The Better Business Bureau. An automatic letter goes to the Attorney General in your state!! How cool is that!! I have still not heard anything, but for some reason I think I will. If not, then these guys got me too!! It is just bad busines on KnockOut White's part!!

  • You need an RA# but according to Knockoutwhite,you only have so many days to retyrn the item.THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND it causes a lot of inconvenience if you dont livbe near a post office! They refused to send me a prepaid return label! they are hoping that one couldnt be bothered to go to the post office for just $19.41.

    I definetly try and get my money back if it is $78.41 cents.Send the product back anyway,and once they have the goods I think you have a better chance of getting your money back.You can tell BBB thay already have the kits back.
    I sent the kit back even though they refused to extend the deadline date.Afterall I didnt order the Kit ,just the Trial Size.
