I ordered an imwatch color and paid via direct bank transfer as I was having difficulties with my Paypal account. I have gone to the company via what they call a "ticket". I filled out the information but only received an email stating that my ticket has "been closed". I have no idea what that means and there does not seem to be a suitable channel for customer queries and complaints.

  • I would like my watch, pure and simple. I also want an apology. They should also post a clear statement that they intend to respond to all complaints and amend their shoddy business practices.
