This is a total SCAM! The $2.95 shipping charge for a sample is simply a way to get your Credit Card number so they can charge the full amount for the order you didn't place even before you get the sample. When I called I was told that because I was a 'valued customer' (which I am not), that company policy was to give a 25% refund and a further 25% on my next order, and a 15 day extension for trial. How is this even legal? I have to cancel my Credit Card as I don't trust that they won't take more money out. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
