THAT IS WHAT IS ON MY ONLINE RECIEPT,THEY SAID THEY COULD SPEED UP PC,CLEAN VIRUSES,ALL BULL!I KEPT GETTING CALLS TO GIVE THEM MORE PERSONEL INFO,WANTED TO KEEP TAKEING CONTROL OF MY PC,FINELY THEY CRASHED IT,I HAD TO CALL DELL AND PAY THEM $199.00 TO SEND NEW CD AND THEY HAD TO REPROGRAM MY PC,IM STILL HAVEING PROBLEMS,SO MY TOTAL LOSS WITH THEM IS OVER$333.26 AND SOME TAX.I WISH I COULD GET MY HANDS ON THEM!BETTER YET MY MONEYES BACK!
