I used PC Experts technical support on August 4, 2012. The very next day, I mailed them a check for $239.95 that cleared my bank on 08/15/2012. On 09/05/2012 I received an e-mail stating that my account was past due. I contacted customer service and was told my name was erroneously on a computer generated e-mail and my problem would be satisfactorily resolved. Their records did show my bill had been paid. On 10/02/2012, I again received an e-mail threatening legal action if my account was not paid. Again I contacted customer service and asked that an e-mail be sent to me confirming that my account had been paid in full in August. I am still awaiting that e-mail. When I try to call Ethan employee ID # 1270 at 1-800-514-7575, I am told that he is busy. All I am asking for is an e-mail confirming that my account has been paid. For a company that relies solely on customer service, I would give them a very, very poor rating.
