I accepted a 30 day "risk free" trial of Bellaplex. If I sent it back within 30 days I did not have to pay any more money. They received their product in more then enough time. They went ahead and took $69.95 on 8/31/12. I called them 3 times and emailed them twice. Then they went ahead and took $69.95 on 10/3/12. I was charged a bounced check of $30. They keep telling that they do not have it. So now they have the product and my money
