CHECKMATE WILL NOT ANSWER ITS TELEPHONE...AFTER IT GOT MY PERSONAL INFO AND CREDIT CARD FOR $19.96, I COULD NOT LOG INTO THE SERVICE. I WAS ADVISED THAT EITHER MY USER NAME OR PASSWORD WAS INCORRECT. NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS GOT A RECORDING "UNABLE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL AT THIS TIME" SO I COULDN'T GET A USR NAME OR PASSWORD CORRECTION. I HOPE THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT JUST COLLECTING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS...WHICH IS CRIMINAL AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST [IF THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING].
