my mobile phone has not being working since last week- no outgoing calls, no outgoing text, no bbm service, no email service and no internet. and i called the customer service, they sent me a new sim card 3 days late, of which during theses times i had no access to receive incoming calls, or incoming messages, i have had to repeatedly call them everytime i have a break at work and this is frustrating, as i have being working without eating spending my one hour lunch always talking to virgin mobile customer service, today, they told me i had no credit on my account of which i topped up twice 10 pounds and 5 pounds,



my phone should have free blackberry service, email and data for 12 months as promised by virgin media, and my top up credit still on it
