I took out a personal loan, using my car as collateral, from SpringleafFinancial in 2009. I paid off the remaining balance of the loan at the end of August. I still have not received full title to my car back from SpringleafFinancial. I have spoken to representatives on the phone, they have acknowledged that I paid off the loan, but they merely say that they will check to find out why my payment is not posted. They have not returned my calls to this date.

- I have just received a response to my calls from a representative of SpringleafFinancial! The problem has been resolved with the company records, and the representative says that I should receive a certificate of clear title to my car within two weeks. I consider the matter closed. Thank you!
