I ordered a silk maxi Coast dress in size 12 on 13 September in "neutral". The dress was sold out in the UK. I had various emails from "Customer Services" after I expressed concern about the dress not arriving / being the wrong dress (after reading complaints on this website). On 2 October I received a cheap, badly made, blue jersey dress - completely different style and material to the dress I ordered. I have emailed them to ask when I am going to receive the dress I actually ordered but have not had a response.

- I worse luck have ordered a dress from these people 2 weeks ago & recieved nothing yet,so i am obviously not going to get the dress i ordered & not going to get my money back.So can you tell me how long it took to get the dress they sent to you?

- The dates are a per my message above - ordered on 13 September - arrived on 2 October. I've exchanged about 20 emails with them since then - they kept promising to send me something else but nothing else has turned up yet ...

- Oh i see so did you have to send the other dress back to them? Can't believe they sent me a weird tracking number but it doesn't tell me anything &so i sent an email to them &they now say they will check that out?

- Also ment to say so obviously all those reviews are so so fake!!! Really cant believe i fell for it all! Feel so down ab it & just want to forget it all but to think we have to pay for rubbish or nothing as nothing has arrived yet.:(

- I know ... I felt totally stupid once I read all the reviews (one talks about what a lovely jacket it is - and it's a review of a dress!) but I was so excited that I'd found what I wanted that I just went with it ... I didn't send the other dress back - they said I could keep that as a "gift" and they'd send a new one ... still waiting for that - and now they've stopped replying to my emails ... Try contacting your bank if you paid using a credit card? They might refund you?

- Yes i have told the family & they have made me feel worse about it saying how silly i've been but think i know that!Yes i now notice that they have already stopped emailing me but still nothing has arrived unless i suppose they are waiting for me to ask again about where my dress is?Well worse luck my mbna card states has to be £100 or over to get a refund but i have cancelled my card already.Where abouts in the country do you live?If you dont mind keep in contact as to let me know if anymore happens Thanks.

- I have now had another email saying that my package is in our country after 3weeks! So will just see what rubbish i will receive?But have you not at all made any complaints or slaundered them by email?As i have had to stop myself!But want to as soon as i receive anything.I have now ordered a real Coast dress as we have a wedding to go to 24th november.&also the real Coast want me to post whatever i receive on to them &will send me a letter to say that its a counterfeit! &say i can then give it to my credit card people.

- It just came in the normal post (I'm in Australia). It was a "signed for" parcel so I had to go to the post office to collect it since I wasn't in when the postman came.

- Oh i say i have lots of relies in south Australia,cousins,aunties&uncle &did have my gran & grandad move out there in the 60's but they have died now.Thanks about the post as i am still waiting & waiting for the rubbish dress.

- Well they have tried to deliver something when i also wasn't in with a £20 customs charge on it! I have refused to pay this telling them by email with them replying sayin sorry but can i pay this & today saying they will promise to pay it to me back! As if i am to believe that Not! So it looks like i won't be getting anything! I would have like to just see what rubbish they had sent! I have since been to the Lovely Wedding & i ordered a real Coast dress for it & did feel great.But like you say it just makes you sick to think these people are getting away with this yet again!!!

I ordered a dress from these people back in July 2012, 4 weeks later they sent me what can only be described as a dirty dishcloth. Emails have been going back and forth where I've been demanding my money back ..... still nothing and I don't expect anything from these scammers - DO NOT ORDER from this website.
