I just received this notice that I had won $2,536,092.23. I thought it was too good to be true and I was right. Thanks to all of you people who sent in a complaint. I was in dreams think I won a lottery. But they they soon crashing down to ground after learning the truth. At least now I am happy that I have out smarted them. I send a note back to them say deduct the $20 from the prize money and transfer the rest in Business reply mail attached to the Express Notice. I pray that God will have mercy on their soul. They should be forced to pay us the money or at least some of it.
