My jv partner wire Transfer $150k to Theodore Ash - [email protected] The DAV Group - to get a instrument to get into a trade program. Mr Ash spoke on the phone with Mr Tarbett several times and even gave him a written letter that the $150k will be refunded if we didnt get the instrument. We never got a instrument and never got into a trade program. I requested several time for my clients refund of $150k to be sent back to me, I havent received it back yet. dmallison
