I purchased a block of business card scans from Cognicard and have about 90 scans remaining. Beginning on 9/20/12 I sent several cards to be scanned and have not recieved the scanned images. I have made numerous attemps to contact them through their email above with only an automated response that a representative would followup. Still no cards, no followup, no nothing! I believe they are out of business, but cannot find any indication one way or another.

Hi, I am the CEO of CoreInnovative GmbH, the company behind CogniCard. Our company is not out of business and we are certainly not a scam, actually we run a range of business and a quick check on our website (www.coreinnovative.com) would have shown that.
Now let me clear about the scam accusations: We process our payments through PayPal and there is no better protection for consumers than PayPal. If our company would be a scam, then PayPal would have shut us down and refunded you the money. PayPal does everything to protect consumers and this is our guarantee to our consumers.
So let's solve this problem: We will certainly refund your purchase without questions asked. Unfortunately I am unable to find a user with the firstname "Joe" who uploaded cards after 9/20/2012.
So, please contact me on [email protected] so we can solve this problem and refund your money.
