This is the fourth name that have had to file complaint against. This is because every time you ask the person speaking to they tell you a different name. First my husband's office received fax with phone number to call for great vacation deals. They tell you that cost for self and spouse is $300.00 for round trip airfare and hotel. When asked what airline you can use they will tell you any airline. And hotels mentioned is Hilton or Sheraton. Sounds too good to be true right. Well it is too good to be true. They tell you that you have to cancel within 72 hours. When called to cancel they hung up, say the cancellation department is closed and then transfer you only to be cut off. They will transfer you to someone else to supposedly take care of financial part. The financial part tells you you are being recorded. They tell you that a credit card or debit card cannot be used. You have to give bank routing number and account number. When told do not feel comfortable with this they will tell you that everyone does this that way. When you ask billing part about all details about offer. The person talking will say they can't talk about their 72 hour policy, reservation booking fee policy or the tax policy on room. Would have to cover this with person first spoke to. They tell you all you need to do is call 72 hours to cancel but after they have given you the run around they will tell you that you need to cancel in writing. So they give you e mail address to use to cancel which was done. Then the next thing you receive a email from this company with a man by the name of Paul Sampson listed as General Manager. When you request to speak to him they tell you that their manager doesn't talk to anyone. When called back at number to whoever owns this company they asked what reservation number was. Mind you no reservation has been made to go anywhere because the start of this was being told have to make reservations to any location three months in advance. After sent written e mail they send one back ignoring request for refund and cancel and act like you made plans to go to Aruzonia! I have repeatedly told this company I want this cancelled and want my money back. Attempted again to resolve when looked for phone number for this company and was told they would give their manager message to call me! Oh and they will make up check number to get money out of your account.
