Purchased Proflight simulator online on the 3rd September. Realised that when it downloaded it was not compatible with an Applemac so complained. Submitted a 'support ticket' Recieved a reply on the 4th September stating that my enquiry would be sent to another department. Sent in another update on 5th September to the ticket outlining reinforcing that it was not mac compatible and I was getting messages to this effect and asked for my money back as they claim 100% moneyback guarantee with no questions asked within 8 weeks. No reply, sent another update to the ticket on the 14th September asking for a refund on my credit card and also to confirm reciept of my message. I have had no response from this company. Sent another update asking for a refund on the 25th September still no response.
The software they claim and ask payment for is actually available free on the web. I doid not get what I expected and it does not load properly on an apple mac as suggested on their website.
