Several high pressure sales calls re transfer from BT to much lower charges. I insisted that I wanted to know their list of charges only and would make NO decision until I had read and agreed to the changeover. They sent their charges but went ahead and approached BT for transfer to take place. At no time did I ever agree to anything other than to see their charges. On each call that they made I insisted that there should be no agreement until I had reached a decision. After reading their list of charges I gave them an emphatic NO to any agreement taking place.
