I ordered Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse on 9/9/2012 and was charged the trail cost ($4.95)on 9/11/2012. I received the products on 9/13/2012. I began taking the pills on 9/14/2012. No instructions/pamphlets came with the product, just a packing slip. This was a 14 day trial offer. I assumed I had until at least 9/26/2012 to reject the offer. I did not read the terms and conditions as well as I should have. It clearly states that the 14 day trail begins on the purchase date. I think this is unfair and misleading, plus the product did not work. I called and had to talk to no less than 4 people within 2 hours to discuss my refund. They refused to refund the full value of the pills. I had to settle on a 50% refund. The service department was polite but unconcerned with my plight. I believe their marketing is mislead at best bordering on consumer fraud and I wanted a full refund for a product that does not work.
