On 9/9/12 I order the Nuwave cooktop stove,buy one get one free for $33.33 over three monthly payment.Customer service stated that item should arrive between 5 to 7 days.on 9/13/12 I call the customer service
recorded message stated that my order was shipped on 9/13/12 by Fedex. Call Fedex they stated package was left by our front door on
9/13/12,this we did not find.On 9/25/25 I filed a claim to fedex,they reply by phone that they had settle claim with the shipper nuwave.After 15 more calls to customer service
they dont reply to my calls.I am still waiting for them to return my $103.23 or the item that I had ordered,I would appreciate your help in this matter.
