I ordered these books over the phone for the price of 29.99 plus 7.99 for shipping. My credit card was billed for 79.99!! I called the customer service line which was closed on Sunday and got the disturbing message that due to high call volume the line is always busy and the best time to reach them is early on Thursday or Friday of course by that time the books will have already been shipped. That's another problem. They give you a web address to check the progress of your shipment and when I went to the site I received the message that the page didn't exist. This company is a total rip-off!
