I received a solicitation in the mail from this company offering a complete property profile identifying me as the property owner of my house for the tidy sum of $89.00. This is some sort of scam and was received due to my real estate being transferred wholly into my name as my spouse recently died. There would be some elderly people who would fall for this sort of ridiculous offer.
