Its been one problem or the other with solidtrust pay. i had to send numerous tickets to get a new secondary password due to them asking for information i never gave when i was setting up the account and now id verification denied because my id has got my full name oyebimtan elufowoju on it and i opened my account with bimtan elufowoju which is the short of my full name and what everyone calls me. i also need to do bank transfer to get my money out of my STP account to my account and its been one problem or the other.
I have also been charged for verification that didn't go through twice.
I will appreciate whatever you can do to help me get through to these people.
