I've been charged $16.95 on my credit card each month since October 2011... I had canceled free credit report months prior hence the name! With my extremely busy life I often have automatic payments and neglectful of reviewing my statements until preparing papers for the accountant. Any ideas regarding the removal of this charge as there is no contact info... I've tried with no success! Appreciate any help!
