Early August I went online to apply for a loan. Biggest mistake I could ever had made. Although I did find a great company to borrow from pacific advance found me too. I had never heard of this company until I seen a check come through my account in the amount of $30 dollars which I didnt have at the time therefore I received a 37 overdraft fee as well. When I called to inquire I was told I applied for a loan and because there approve is 100% they charge a $30 fee. Prior to calling them I phoned the company who I borrowed from to be sure they had no affiliations and they did not.So I then asked who did I borrow from and they couldnt tell me. I demanded my money back and was giving a refund code of M2102618 and was told it would take 15 days. I was very uncomfortable with so I went into my branch spoke to the cust service manager and was told that was a legit time frame so I waited. On the 17th day I called back and was told their was a problem with there system and there billing department was closed so I would have to follow up on Monday. Monday came an I was told it would be an additional 3 to 5 business days. I was very upset and waited on hold for 45 to speak to a fake supervisor just to be told it was nothing he could. I hung up in his face waited until Monday the following week and still nothing. Today is 9/29 almost two months later still no refund. I went back to my branch to dispute the charge and was told they were firmliar with the company name and had just did a few disputes an each cust was fully refunded but it will take 30 days for them to conduct an investigation. This company needs to be put out of business. All I can think about are the tons of people who received a loan an thought this was a legitimate charge and they've become rich. Its not right, please stand in this fight with me to put them out of business. They have laws that they can hide behind but we have rights as consumers asd well.
