I was charged $39.95 for an annual membership to Archives.com. My complaint is when you look at the account information it shows the only charge is $0 for a 7-day free trial and no billing account information on file, plus my subscription is set to NOT autorenew. I spoke to a representative who started to tell me the date I canceled, but stopped short and then said my membership would cancel on 6/28/13. To me this seems shady. I have email confirmation that I will not be billed again next year.
