I called Gateway to speak to a technician to fix all the errors and virus' in my Desk
Computer. This took 3 days with different technicians to try to repair the problems and nothing materialized. It did not work.
I have no confidence anymore for Gateway
Support Help Technicians.
I don't have this computer now. I threw it out and went to buy a different manufacturer's desk computer.
I have no reason to pay this amount $149.99
for nothing was fixed.
Please cancel my $149.99 on my mastercard
statement.
