Used apple email and said I could by an iPod Shuffle for $3 as a promotional offer and receiver 10 days FREE membership. After payment asked for copies of my passport, bothsides of credit card and to complete an authority to deduct form. I refused. Then found out they were charging me $89.99 for 3 mths platinum membership. As I would not supply them with copies of my personal details they would not send me my shuffle. Told them to cancel as did not want or receive any item or service from them. They would only cancel if I paid $53 cancellation fee and still not receive anything. Emailed them multiple times to say I do not authorise them to deduct from my credit card and have not received any products or service on them. They have still charged my credit card. I have lodged a dispute with my bank for a refund.
