I gave a personal check for $1700.00 to the photographer Michael Tammaro as a deposit to rent a room in his apartment in Chelsea. As the day to move in approached he kept on making up excuses till the point I asked for my money back. After chasng him for a week he gave me a check which bounced. I have done some research and found out he did the same to other people.
