The advertising had pictures of Rachel Ray quoting how the natural cleanse and green coffee helped her loose excess wight from undigested food in the colon, etc. The promo was free 30 day trial all you pay is shipping. I clicked and ordered 9/13/2012. 9/26/2012 my bank account was billed twice 79.99 by the company. I noticed and called to cancel and request refund 9/27/1012 and was told the best they could do would be refund me 50% because I supposedly made the order one Sept 12, although both the paper sent with the product and my bank account says 9/13/12. I demanded to speak to a supervisor the person advocating the company said they had no supervisor available and I would receive a call back in 24 hours. The product gives bad diarrhea and does not cause any great wight reduction at all! This is a scam!
