Person called me for the second time and told me this company had deposited $300 in my checking account and was late in paying it back. Said I had been making payments but was now late and if I did not send them $198 they would send the police to my door and arrest me since they had sued me for the money. I never heard of this company and got no money from them or had any dealing until they called me. I told them to go ahead a sue me since they had to prove that they sent me the money and they could not.
