I was checking my bank account today to see if birthday money came in from my father. Much to my surprise i had a pending status for $30.00 which ultimately put my account in the negative. The charge was to PMT Protect, never heard of it or asked for anyone's protection. Called Chase to see if there was any assistance they would provide for me but said i couldn't file for an unauthorized withdrawal until the payment posted. Also, I must go into the bank to file an "unauthorized charge". It may not be a lot of money from me, but this "company" will NOT get any from anyone else to build up funds for themselves. There is a number to call on my statement but do not call it because they are of no help most likely and you don't want them to get any more information from you. Also, someone from an 866 area code keeps trying to call me.
