On 09/07/12 I ordered their trial anti-wrinkle cream It was shipped 09/10/12, received 09/12 or 13, opened 09/14/12. Order 50379, but cancelled order 54557 on 09/25/12. They billed my credit card on 09/22/12 for $84.76. I resent their counting from the moment it was ordered and NOT from when it was tried. Since I can NOT use it, I would like a refund to my credit card. I never heard of not having a 30-day trial.

I used product for a full month with no visible results. Told them that when I called to complain about their further charges to my account. They said you cannot expect to see results that soon.thenwhat good is a free trial for ten days?
