Your message: Awful Canadian customer service. Consumer Services Manager lied to me! Company will not return calls. My number has been blocked at the corporate offices in Toronto. They will not let me speak with the president. The switchboard has been told to reroute all of my calls to customer service. My son and I have bought hundreds of your Lean cuisine and Stouffers frozen dinners as well as your other products. They said that they will not send any more coupons here! When I called Switzerland they were very nice. I then got a call from the consumer services in Canada and was told that the president said that they will be sending a $20.00 coupon. I told her that I was not interested in the coupon. I just wanted the refund for the Nestles pizzas that folded in the oven and there was still cardboard sticking to the bottom of one. She said that they have talked to me already about that they have discussed that already with me and the customer service people were not to send anything to me! I tried calling back and asking for the president and my call was redirected to consumer services when I called the switchboard again (using call blocking as they have blocked incoming calls from my number) I was told by the switchboard operator that they were to redirect any calls from me.
