I cancel my T mobile account which i had for over 9 years due to the fact that they over charge and change your service without your permission.after cancellation they try to collect for early cancellation fee on two phones, but i was not in a contract with them, that had expired over a year ago. I recived a letter from T mobile stateing that my final bill is $119.87 which i paid. Now they are sending me a new bill for $175.49. telling if i dont pay it it will sent to there leagle dep.after speaking with a person in customer service he said that he could not make any sense out of my bill. the he put me hold for about 20 min. and another person got on the phone and said that was what owe and that i never paid them the final Bill even after he said that they did recive the check for $119.87 which was my final bill, according to the statement dated on june 16.2011.every time you talk to someone in customer service you get a different story.just another case of big company;s taking advanage of senior citizen!
