False advertising, they sell you a sample for $1.03 + $3.68 S/H and then they charge your card for $79+ and when you call them they are rude, not sorry and will not refund you!I tried to ask to speak with a manager and the supervisor said she was the person in charge and the highest person to talk to . I said I would have an attorney contact them and she said that would be fine but read the agreement first...which they send you after you have signed and paid for your sample.
