Just like everyone else who has filed a complaint these guys clearly implied that they had a file that I needed to download but once I paid the $30 I found they had no such file. When I requested my money back they kept referring to their terms of service and said that they don't keep any files, blah, blah, blah. They charge $30 (a month) for the same exact results you can get for free from Google and other search engines.
