In compliance with the 36 months contract signed with Wesbury Duke, I made a commitment and a diligent pledge to deposit an amount of $649.00, with GCS, retained by Westbury Duke, through automatic payment. In spite of the hardship I am experiencing with my mortgage payment, I made a firm effort to augment the small money I earned each week and beat the due date of the payment with no fail except on two occasions of which I am allowed once each year to skip, according to Ms. Joan Cash.
I am working as an essential services employee, with no set time schedule and hours of work each day. Precious life of a human being lies in my hands each day as a Dialysis Nurse.
To remove the stress and burden of bill collectors, while earning money, I made a decision to retain Westbury Duke, by signing a 3 year contract for 3 years.
Westbury Duke gave me an impression that my debts will be worked on and be resolved in a timely manner. With nine months left in the contract, Westbury Duke decided to close my account.
I made an analytical dollar to dollar research and discovered that most of the money
deposited to the account was solidly debited by Westbury Duke during the first year of the contract. With all these years,
there was no progress report sent to me except an occasional call from Ms. Cash, to see if I am fine. On several occasions,
I have my creditors sending me their bill to settle an amount and I always notify Ms. Cash promptly upon receipt and she advise me to fax it to their office.
After several times, I was advise by Ms. Cash over the phone to fax all creditors collection agency bill that I will receive in the future.

To summarize the total numbers in dollar amount withdrawn from my account base on your
record via online website:

*October 19, 2010 to date: Westbury Duke withdrew $6,500.45 (Enrollment fees & Monthly Service Fee Combined)
*August 3, 2011 Frederick J Hanna & Associate 550.00
*August 10, 2012 Zwicker & Associates PC $ 2,419.00

Furthermore, I did made an online research by opening Westbury Duke Website, www.westburyduke.com/
I was prompted to http://commitse.ru/ that says "Get me out of here".

At the instructions of GCS, I am aware that I can withdraw the funds at anytime provided, I follow their withdrawal guidelines.
A week after I withdrew the $3500.00, with a balance left of $390.00, Westbury Duke reacted.
Westbury Duke sent me a letter stating, Per my request, Westbury Duke will no longer represent me and will terminate their services effectively. Duly signed by Joan Cash.
I have no plans, intentions nor elect to close my GCS account for I still have a small amount of balance left in the account.
with no prior notifications, Westbury Duke close my GCS account and simoultaneously returned the rest of the money to my Wells Fargo account via ACH.
It prompted me to open the GCS website when I discovered there was a $370.00 deposited to my account.

Furthermore, in any manner, I did not advise Westbury Duke to close my account. With this in mind, I firmly believed that I was taken advantage
of all the monies drafted from my Wells Fargo account while my contract is enforce with Westbury Duke, contract I don't even have a copy in my hand.

I request a copy of the contract signed by me be mailed to my postal address or email attach to [email protected].
I sincerely need a copy of my contract as soon as possible.

Lastly, I demand Westbury Duke the $6,500.00, be refunded to my Wells Fargo Account accordingly.

Please be advise that with your assistance, I will be anticipating to hear from Ms. Joan Cash of Westbury Duke.

I attempted to call Westbury Duke several times but no response from a message left. An answering machine
was on but no response was heard from Westbury Duke.

I look forward to hear from Westbury Duke as soon as possible.
