On July 7,2012,I was online checking for companies under Alibaba that supply computers and On September 19, 2012, I paid watsonwu of China Leading Electronic Technology Company Ltd in China Shengzen by Telegraphic Transfer(TT) the sum of $2,710.00 for computers and accessories.

He promised that he would send the goods by DHL within 5 days after payment, but to my suprise on 24th September,2012,he confirmed payment and when I asked him when he would send the goods he became reluctant and just said that,''I will send you the Tracking Number within an hour''.But he did not send till now he has not sent.
He was requesting me to make another payment for the second quotation before sending the order which I paid for,he was saying,''It would be cheaper on freight cost if I paid for the big order'', I tod him that,''Send that order first that is when I will pay for the second one''.Thereafter,I became suspicious and doubted his personality.
I tried to phone him,4 to 5 times but he was not answering, yet before I made the above mentioned payment he would quickly pick my phone calls.
Please, help me get my money back? I am very worried, but I am confident that you will help me.
I have the e-mail and skype conversation we had before and just after making payment.
I also have the TT copy and the Proforma Invoice which he sent me by e-mail.
