i paid 249.00 stg 10/10/2010 and 198.00 stg 02/02/2011 total 447.00 stg. as i got one week out of this the balance is 322.50. stg i cant get in touch with them now i have phoned on a lot of times in the last 4 weeks and sent dozens of emails but no one has contacted me as of yet i am 68 yrs and want to book a holiday for my wife and myself, my ref no. with viva sol is 1045.
