Consumer Patsky signed up with DirecTV for ONE YEAR SERVICE @$50.42 p/mo commencing 10/20/2012 to 9/2/2011. A second year renewal was verbally offered by DirecTV at $60.42 p/mo. & consumer consented thereto. On 10/09/2011, (2nd year renewal) DirecTV billed customer $88.45 and NOT $60.42. DirecTV breached its agreement for a 2nd yr. renewal by billing consumer $88.45 on 10/9/11 and NOT $60.42. Consumer cancelled DirecTV upon receipt of DirecTV's attempted extortion of a fraudulent charge of $88.45. DirecTV then charged consumer a cancellation fee of $227.59 by debiting the charge to consumer's Sears Gold Master Card ABSENT CUSTOMER'S CONSENT! Consumer refuted the DirecTV debit on the Sears account & demanded an investigation of DirecTV unethical business conduct; Sears credited consumer $227.59 and Sears conducted an investigation. In March, 2012, DirecTV refuted the $227.59 Sears credit to consumer by alleging that consumer and not DirecTV breached the agreement. Sears believed DirecTV's fabrication and posted the $227.59 debit back onto the consumer's credit card. This matter was reported to the Better Business Bureau of the Southland, P.O. Box 970, Colton, CA 92324; PH: (909)-825-7280) in September of 2012 after a series of harassing calls from Sears demanding consumer pay the $227.59. DirecTV then responded to the BBB Consumer's Complaint by alleging that the consumer had signed up for TWO YEARS of SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER HAS RETAINED A COPY OF THE DIRECTV PUBLISHED OFFER OF ONE YEAR (12 MONTHS) OF SERVICE and DID NOT SIGN UP FOR TWO YEARS!!!! CONSUMER SIGNED UP FOR ONE YEAR (12 MONTHS) OF SERVICE, RECEIVED ONE YEAR OF SERVICE & PAID FOR ONE YEAR OF SERVICE!! WHAT PART OF 12 M
