At the beginning of my loan the lender charged me for a pre-payment penalty which should only happen if you refinance your loan earlier then specified in your loan and numerous other things were charged against me which I should never have been charged for. I had a forensic audit done on my loan by an attorney who revealed all this information to me. I have tried to get a loan modification for over a year and now I have a company working with Indymac but still not satisfied with the outcome of process so far. Indymac denied me in past for decent loan modification. Since the last year I have been stressed out behind threatened foreclosure of my home I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure.
