I contacted my bank and wrote the following:
PURCHASE MADE ON 09/14/12 AT PES*GLOBE CLICK We DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE and we don't know who these Pes*Globe people are. I have found some research on them through scam book.com and they seem to be a company from China??? It seems they have been debiting other people's account illegally.
They responded by stating they're going to launch an investigation in to what happened.
I responded with that I wanted that PLEASE block these GLOBE CLICK GUANGZHOU CN/PES*Click AND Clicksure (or Click Sure) from charging against my account.
Who are these people and WHY are they being allowed to hack into other people's accounts and make unauthorized charges? Luckily my amount was small, but to a person who is currently not working this sum is huge to me and I'm counting every penny. These people are obvious scum bags - seriously. That one poor man had $204 taken out of his account?! That is awful and hopefully he contacted his bank to launch an investigation.

I tried to upload part of my online bank statement - but you guys only accept picture type uploads? In the meantime here is the charge that I copied from HSBC bank statement: PURCHASE MADE ON 09/14/12 AT PES*GLOBE CLICK GUANGZHOU CN $19.99

- my mastercard was also charged hkd $466.40 by PES*GLOBECLICK1888853 GUANGZHOU CN on 25 of sep 12 but i didnt do any purchase with this company at that date either i know them,,i called my bank and placed a complaint.

- These scambook people seem to be ineffective because if we did not purchase anything, how in the hell can we produce a receipt?!?! I can't believe you were swindled for that amount, have you contacted your bank?
