I ordered a bobble head and paid extra for the express service in April. According to the website "The express service delivery time will be on or before 8 weeks". It is now 23rd of September and no sign of my order.

I last saw a update picture of my statue in May. It was in phase 1 then.

The customer service is terrible. I have lost count of the number of complaint emails I have sent. The response I have received amounts to being sent a copy of the terms and conditions, stating that orders may take longer than advertised and that my order is being rushed to the front of the line.

It been rushed to the front of the line since July....

I would advise anyone thinking of using this company, not to!!!
