Double booked for same journey. Claim they sent me confirmation of first - they did not. They also have a confusing portal which leads to both US and UK offices, but they are different companies. I checked when I made the first booking, and they claimed no ticket had been purchased. Then claimed I'd checked with the wrong part of their business.
