I was adopting 2 puppies from a woman in Darwin and ems couriers was delivering them to my door. I paid for delivery ,then a new crate and vacinations ,then they wanted insurance then when they said I needed a permit to bring them into Queensland I knew something wasnt right. So I called and they wont give my money back
