He stated that my computer had been hacked and that he would straighten it out for a fee of $210.00 paid for with my credit card via Western Unioin to an individual located in India by the name of Mohammad Azharuddin. I have discontinued the use of my computer desktop by disconnecting it. The individual (Troy) phoned me on the 18th of September and I informed him that I have filed a complaint with the FBI. He threatened me with all kinds of problems with the FBI at which time, I hung up on him. My understanding from Comcast is that this is a scam and Windows is aware of this scam.
Sincerely,
Jim Anderson
