I rarely use my itunes account. When making a purchase in July, I noticed that a fraudulent charge had been made in March for 35 UKL.
I spoke, then wrote to Apple customer services. They have offered to credit some "free" downloads for about half the value of the fraudulent charge, but have since told me they regard the case as closed. They have not refunded anything, nor given me any credits and will not respond any more!
The fraudulent charge was in Chinese and when translated refers to "Three Pocket Kingdoms" which seems to be a well-known scam according to various blogs.
Can you help me get Apple/iTunes to make a refund?
