- SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME GREEN DOT PAPER CARD FOR $190 FOR A $5000 LOAN THAT WAS TO BE IN MY BANK IN ONE HOUR. NOW THEY WANT $231 BEFORE THEY WILL RELEASE THE $5000. SPOKE TO JOHN TYLER AT 773-496-4369 OUT OF CHICAGO. NOW CALL GO TO VOICE MAIL AND ARE NOT ANSWERED.
