It said no bank account required. The check is only in Tammy's name nowhere on the check does it say Henry Smith. Tammy got in contact with them the lady said it was a 100% money back guarantee. She followed with . we will give you a gas card for your trouble. But there was nothing they could do about giving me my money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said it would do me no good, that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. so I demanded to speak to a supervisor, was left on hold for an hour and a half; never got to talk to a supervisor ; call was disconnected.

  • Yes this is one of there things... I been going through this crap for almost 2 months and I have not seen my money posted back to my bank account... This is really a shame that companies could get away with stilling money from the one that most need it
