This week, $39 was withdrawn from my CU Account for what must be a payment to initiate or extend a subscription to Newsmax's Health Radar newsletter. I had been a subscriber to Dr. Brownstein's Newsletter, but I cannot recall authorizing a withdrawal to cover any new or recurring subscription to Health Radar. Maybe the newsletter has been renamed. Perhaps I missed a notice that the subscription renews automatically using the card info from the initial payment.
I will ask the CU to credit my account for $39 and Newsmax to refund the same. We will see from whom I receive the quickest response.
